Success or Failure?

Now that I have been working for about 3 months...It just makes me wondering whether what should I achieve in 5 years time. Shall I return to my home country or shall I just remain here. Or may be I should go to Australia which I am desperate to go to at the moment . Not that I am entirely lost, it's just that I doubt whether I will end up being unemployed and then it creates all sorts of problems similar to those in a movie called "Money-Not-Enough".

Workload for the time beng is okay. Handling two projects at the same time but I guess it is nothing compare to my senior engineers who are managing 3 to 5 project each at a time. I must admit that all my senior engineers are very good engineers. Salute for their amazing experiences and thank them for teaching me bit by bit of those engineering stuffs.

I have completed my first ever project a month ago and it was pretty amazing to have learnt all sorts of industrial engineering things which I have got not a clue when I was in Uni. Lucky enough to have some programming skills remained somewhere in my brain, the HMI designed by me is fully functional. As a result, the client award my company with another two similar projects or put it this way, indirectly the client is going to give the company more business. :)

At the moment, I am about to finish phase one of my current project. For phase one, I have done all sorts of electrical design and drawings while compiling the part list which I guessed made my senior engineer a little pissed off cause those drwaings were way off the standard one. To be honest I have got no idea of the ideal way of doing it at the begining until he taught me the proper way to do it. And now I have to order those d*mn expensive tools which mainly comes from the US and so it is going to take a d*mn long time reach England.

Entering the phase two of the current project meaning it's time to do software design again which is my favourite! Hope this one goes in well too then I'll be satisfied with my performance for the time being.
